Once your order has been dispatched, we will send the tracking details to the email address used at checkout.
How to track your order
- Check your dispatch email. Look for the shipping confirmation from BIYYK and open the tracking link inside it.
- Open the carrier tracking page. Your latest available delivery update will appear there.
- Allow time for the first scan. It can take 24–48 hours after dispatch for the carrier’s first tracking update to appear.
